Come and join me for a cosy day retreat with a festive feel. We will start the day with a wintery walk around stunning Edale, take a cold dip in the natural plunge pool. Enjoy a nutritious lunch then spend the afternoon in the heated yoga room for practice, guided sound bath and natural skincare

About the Event
Take a break from the Christmas rush and connect with nature and enjoy a day of ultimate self care. Take a moment to breathe, realign, prepare to say goodbye to 2024 and set new intentions for 2025.
Cost £129
There is also an option to pay a £50 deposit to save your space and settle the remaining balance before the 1st Dec 2024.
Travel - the venue is located a short walk from Edale train station or accessible by car. There is car parking at the venue.
The venue also have a small number of rooms that can be booked for one night so please let me know if you would like to add accommodation and I can arrange this for you at an additional cost.
