Come and join me for a cosy day retreat with a festive feel. We will start the day with a wintery walk to forage for our wreath materials. Enjoy a nutritious lunch, then an afternoon of natural bliss including guided meditation, natural skincare, sauna ritual, cold plunge and a calming yin practice

About the Event
Take a break from the Christmas rush and connect with nature and enjoy a day of ultimate self care. Take a moment to breathe, realign, prepare to say goodbye to 2025 and set new intentions for 2026.
Cost £129
There is also an option to pay a £50 deposit to save your space and settle the remaining balance before the 1st Dec 2025.
Travel - the venue is located a short walk from Edale train station or accessible by car. There is car parking at the venue.
The venue also have a small number of rooms that can be booked for one night so please let me know if you would like to add accommodation and I can arrange this for you at an additional cost.
