The Stillness Within 80 Hour Yin Yoga Training
A journey into deep rest, presence, and inner awareness
The Stillness Within is a 3-month immersive Yin Yoga training designed to guide you back to the quiet intelligence of your body and the subtle landscapes of your inner world. In a fast-paced and often overstimulating culture, this training offers a powerful invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect.
Rooted in both traditional Yin Yoga principles and modern understanding of the body and nervous system, this 80-hour course explores the art of stillness as a pathway to insight, healing, and transformation.
Over the course of three months, you will be supported in developing a deeply embodied practice while gaining the confidence and knowledge to share Yin Yoga with others. This training is as much a personal journey as it is a professional one, an opportunity to pause, listen, and cultivate a more intuitive and compassionate relationship with yourself.
Through a blend of online learning, in-person sessions, guided practices, reflective inquiry, and supportive group connection, you’ll explore the physical, energetic, and emotional layers of Yin Yoga. You’ll learn how to hold space, create meaningful experiences, and honour the uniqueness of every body.
Whether you are a yoga teacher looking to expand your offerings, or a dedicated practitioner ready to go deeper, The Stillness Within invites you to step out of doing and into being.

The Immersion Retreat
At the heart of the training is a 2-night, 3-day fully catered luxury immersive retreat in the Peak District.
This retreat is a space to fully embody the practices, step away from everyday demands, and experience Yin Yoga in its truest form, unhurried, spacious, and deeply restorative.
Throughout your stay, you’ll be nourished by exceptional plant-based cooking from Bex of The Mindful Kitchen. Each meal is thoughtfully prepared to support rest, digestion, and nervous system balance. Bex’s work is deeply inspiring, and this is a chance not only to be nourished, but to learn from her approach to food and wellbeing.
During the retreat, you’ll also experience:
-
An Ayurvedic session focused on balancing Vata, the energy of movement, which when out of balance can show up as restlessness, anxiety, and disconnection in modern life
-
Exploration of essential nutrients for fascia health, helping you connect nourishment to the deeper layers of the body and your Yin practice
-
A space to soften, reset, and fully land in the practice as you explore the depths of yin yoga asana, settle into meditation, breathwork and stillness practices in beautiful, calming surroundings. Connect with nature through forest bathing and wild swimming and outdoor sauna sessions (with a view like no other).
